This beloved music can now be heard in Jeroen van Veen’s new program. He will also perform a selection from Ludovico Einaudi’s latest work\, Seven Days Walking. Together with his own work\, pieces by Ryuichi Sakamoto\, and the well-known piece River Flows in You by Yiruma—the album of which\, played by Van Veen\, is a hit on Spotify with no fewer than 34\,500\,000 streams.    \nWhat makes this concert special is that it is offered as a lying concert. Bring your own mat and immerse yourself in the enchanting sounds. DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE\, THIS CONCERT IS SOLD OUT!\nOn Thursday evening\, December 12\, the Roosevelt College Choir will perform an atmospheric Christmas concert in the beautiful 15th-century chapel\, known as the English Church in Middelburg. In this historic chapel\, which was once part of the Cellebroeders monastery and is known for its excellent acoustics\, the choir will perform a selection of Christmas carols. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Roosevelt College Choir has more than thirty members of various nationalities\, from both Europe and beyond. Under the direction of conductor Ramon van den Boom\, the choir performs several concerts each semester. In addition to performances at university events\, they can also be heard at church services\, municipal occasions in Middelburg\, and during the Four Freedoms Awards.   \nLast spring (2024)\, the Roosevelt College Choir collaborated with the Chorale Universitaire de Louvain for an exchange and a successful joint performance in the Koorkerk in Middelburg. \n  \n\n  \n\n\n    Program info & Booking
